Man, I LOVE Fishing

'Man, I LOVE Fishing' started as an idea for a mini-game for another project and UNTIL I had a fun idea to make it into a full game. This here is just a proof of concept of the core gameplay stuff but over the next few Months into the new year, I'll be updating it until it's something complete!

Controls:

The 'Z' Button:

• When casting, use the 'Z' button to stop the bar and send out the lure.
• When a fish bites indicated by the "!", press 'Z' to hook them.
• Mash 'Z' when reeling in a catch 'til it's on shore and caught!

Rinse and repeat!

Press Left and Right to change music volume.

You can hover over the fish for a name aaaand that's pretty much it for now.

To-Do:

• Adding a shop to sell the fish at the end of the day
• Upgrades to the player character
• More complex fish AI
• More Maps
• A WHOLE GAME BASICALLY
